This Hospital is approved by Ministry of Health (GOI) under C.G.H.S. for the treatment of all Central Government Employees and retired personnel’s as well as their dependants for specialist cardiac care (including surgeries). Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Patna has approved Jeevak Heart Hospital under section 17 of the Income Tax Act, so that treatment cost incurred by or for an employee at the Jeevak Hospital is exempt from income tax.
